A website that primarily advertises Lease to own Real Estate and Businesses for Sale. We also have included an additional advertising platform for general items where subscribers can advertise, list, barter, trade, purchase or sell their own privately owned assets or market their client’s items to earn referral commissions. We market rental properties, affordable cabin park accommodation, student boarding houses, communal-living complexes and conscious community resorts, rent 2 own, lease to own Real Estate for rent and for sale, businesses and general items, products and services. We are a service provider offering advertising, sales and marketing services, on a listing platform and web site that accepts monthly donation subscriptions from users of our services. Subscribers who benefit from commissions and incentive rewards for referring people and referral sales.

We are not Tax Agents and we do not provide insurance, investment or legal advice. However the commissions you receive in your e-wallet account are Credit Euro Current-see (energy exchange), our own private medium of exchange, that we exchange within our own private system, as a private association of private subscribers. We are a non-government foundation, philanthropic, huemanitarian organization and a community service that is decentralized and entirely segregated and separate of the current financial system. 3. What is the purpose of the platform?
- To provide a work from home opportunity that improves the global Housing and Economy crisis by providing a user friendly social media service platform for subscribers to collectively support each other in an affiliate referral program of sponsoring new subscribers to advertise, list, market and sell, lease to own real estate and business ventures that pay upfront commissions on listings and success fees on sales of our big ticket items.

4. Why do we need subscribers?
- Our affiliate program helps our advertising foundation develop a buyer’s network and customer database similar to amazon, Trademe, eBay and other marketing companies.
- ONLY financially active subscribers who qualify by personally introducing (4) four or more new financially active subscribers can apply for our Low Deposit Lease to Own Properties.
- Subscribers can accumulate commissions earned to provide a 10% Deposit on any property or business listed, and have that deposit matched by the foundation to 10% of the Sale Price of their purchase, up to the maximum value of €100,000 Euro Dollars.
- Our subscribers can list Real Estate and Businesses to earn 50% of the €499 upfront listing fee.
- Our subscribers who have contracted their services as a Real Estate Agent or Property Profiler with us, can receive 50% of the 2% Marketing Fee of a successful sale and purchase of one of our advertised properties, 1% split between the listing and selling Agents 50/50 or the whole 1% if they are both the listing and selling Agent.

7. How does it work?
- You are automatically placed into the next available position, from top to bottom, left to right of our internal infrastructure and affiliate referral program when you sign-up.
- Those who actively participate in referring people and listing Lease to own Real Estate and Business Ventures will earn commissions and incentive rewards.
- The 4 x 12 Forced Binary Program prioritizes subscribers that personally introduce four (4) or more paid subscribers within the first month of joining. Qualified subscribers with 4 front-line subscribers will jump-over unqualified subscribers in the program.
- There is no limit to the amount of times you can join as long as the obligations of each subscriber, is met. This will allow for spill-over to fill positions in the program faster.
- When the 4 x 12 Forced Binary Program has all positions filled with paying subscribers, a qualified subscriber can apply for a Lease to Own Property or Business Venture using their accumulated commissions earned in their e-wallet account as a deposit.
- As an additional incentive reward for the active participation in the affiliate referral program the Foundation will match their deposit made from Commissions ONLY, up to 10% of the property or business venture at a purchase value under €1,000,000 Euro Dollars or up to a maximum of 10% of the purchase price or up to a maximum of €100,000 Euro Dollars.
- Debt to service ratio on income will apply on any Sale and Purchase with weekly payments spread over a 30 year term with an approved Lending Institution.
- Our Lease to Own Option is for a maximum term of 5 years. Rental payments, house insurance, land and water rates and a savings plan will be banked into our Pure Omni Trust Account. Commissions earned from the website will accumulate in your e-wallet accounts that can be used to roll into a mainstream Bank Loan to purchase out-right the true value of the property valuation at the time of purchase, plus all buyout costs add at full term.
- We charge an upfront €499 property or business listing fee and a 2% Marketing Fee on the sale and purchase of any property or business venture.
- Subscribers can earn 50% commission on the upfront listing fee of €249.50 if they personally refer any property or business listing that is listed on the site.
- Property Consultants (Real Estate Agents) can also earn 50% of the 2% Marketing Fee, (1%) of the sale and purchase price, split 50/50 between the Listing and Sales Agent(s) or the whole 1% if they are both the listing and selling Agent.
- Real Estate Properties and Businesses are listed for Sale, Rent, or Lease to Own to assist with the global housing and trade economy crisis.
8. What are the incentives?
A 10% Deposit up to €100,000 on the following:
1. Option One

9. What actions are needed?
- We recommend subscribers to participate in our affiliate referral program, however if a member chooses not too, they will not benefit from the matrix reward incentives. To refer four (4) financially active subscribers to our service platform within the first month of joining to benefit from the affiliate rewards program. The more people you introduce, the more opportunity to secure another position in the Program and the faster the matrix positions are filled to receive benefits.
- To remain a financially active member (FAM) to support the platform and its services without default of its monthly service donations to benefit from the system.
- To refer real estate and business listings to benefit from 50% of the upfront commissions of the websites upfront Real Estate and Business listing fees. This assists our subscribers to cover platform service pledges/donations.
- Real Estate Agents or contracted Property Profilers can benefit from 50% of the 2% Marketing Fee charged on the sale price of any real estate and business venture they have personally listed or are directly involved with the sale, being (1%) split 50/50 between listing and sales agents. The before does require a sales invoice for payment that is directed to your internal e-wallet account to be spent on items listed and advertised for sale on the website or commissions can accumulate to create a 10% deposit on Real Estate or Business Ventures, where your deposit can be matched by the Foundation of up to 10% of the purchase price or up to a maximum of €100,000 Euro Dollars.
- To keep your subscribers profile up-to-date with current and accurate information at all times to be recognized as a trusted member.
10. What are the benefits?
- A choice of incentives is offered and the opportunity to contract your services with us in the building services industry and the business sector who are always seeking people with the right skill-sets to employ or form joint partner ventures.
- Listing Agents earn 50% of the websites listing Fee of €499 on Real Estate or Business listings, a potential earning of €249.50 per listing.
- Sales Agents earn 50% of the 2% Marketing fee on any sales, (1%) of the sale and purchase price, split 50/50 between the contracted listing and sales agent. A potential earning of up to €10,000 per sale.
- When the 4 x 12 Forced Binary Program has all positions filled with subscribers, a qualified member with four (4) financially active members (FAM) will receive a deposit of up to 10% toward a Lease to Own Real Estate Property or Business Venture. Debt to service ratio on income will apply with weekly payments spread over a 30 year term with an approved lending institution. A €10,000 Euro Dollar establishment fee is required to get into a lease to own home or the shared housing program. You need to build up a deposit of 10% equity of the property from your commissions over a maximum term of 5 years. The Foundation will match your deposit of 10% up to a maximum of €100,000 Euro Dollars to roll into a mainstream Bank Loan from an approved Lending Institute to purchase out-right the registered property or business value from the time of purchase.
- Commissions can accumulate in your private e-wallet accounts to be spent on the website listings. This will include purchases of Real Estate and Business Ventures. The more commissions you earn to use towards a purchase of our listed big ticket items like Real Estate and Business Ventures, the foundation will match your deposit up to a maximum of 10% of the value of the sale and purchase price to a maximum value of €100,000 Euro Dollars.
- The opportunity to work from home in a global pandemic.
- Our terms include a proclamation that declares a member is an Unincorporated Independent Business Owner who is Sovereign Absolute. This will include a Born Live Record and Affidavit of life that can be sighted and signed by a public notary at a small cost. - Valuations at the time of agreement and at the time of purchase.
- Full 5 year House and Contents Insurance Cover for any lease to own property.
- Moving Costs that may or may not include truck removal services, utility service connection costs, etc.
- Staging Fee and furnished package that includes a car.
- Business viability study and audited accounts with 3 year financials.
- Goods and Services Tax (if any).
